Certification of enrollment

Submit the original and scanned data of your degree/graduation certificate together.
(student interns : Certificate of Attendance) ​​

Copy of ID

Submit a scanned copy and a printed copy of your ID. Your resident registration number does not need to be hidden as it will be used for registering for the four major insurances and salaries.

Copy of bank book

Submit a scanned copy of your bank book and a print out. This will be used for salary transfer. Please note that we do not force you to use a specific bank.

National Researcher Number

You will be issued a National Researcher Number. This is because you can register with the affiliated research institute, and it must be recorded in your personal information.

Fill out your personal information. You can click the icon or download it from the data room on the Intra main page.​

Security Pledge

Please read the pre-boarding regulations carefully and print out and sign the security pledge before submitting it. You can click the icon or download it from the reference tab.​

Career Certificate 
(Career positions only)

Submit the original certificate of career and scanned data together.

Withholding Receipt
(Career positions only)

Submit a withholding tax receipt from your previous job. The training period will be paid in the same amount as your final salary from your previous job based on the withholding tax receipt. Any other unclear documents will not be accepted.
